Headlands Beach (video)

This is a video (.wmv format) of waves crashing near Fairport Harbor Light at Headlands Beach. Can anyone out there see it? I wonder if this works...

The video worked.

Thanks for you comments on my site. I wonder what the make/model is of your "low tech" camera?

Yes, video was great. Is that someone trying to fish from the 'widows walk' on top of the roof?

Thanks for taking me to the beach! Are you the videographer?

Great video! Nice little wind blowing too. My favorite bits were the wave with the white house in the background, and the part at the begining where the wind was rippling the tall grass. I could have watched either scene for a long time.

Can't do that with my dSLR unfortunately, the mirror is in the way.

Hi again. Yes, I was the videographer, as my camera allows me to take 30 second clips. I will have to work on improving the quality. This video was shot last August on a windy day on Lake Erie. The waves can get pretty wild when the wind is like that. On calm days, there is hardly a ripple on the lake. And no, I don't think anyone was on the widow's walk at the Lighthouse, Alice. In fact, I don't think anyone is allowed out there. Next time I go, I'll have to check.
